Because the experimental exploration of nano-materials will inevitably encounter many technical difficulties except cost problems, atomistic simulation is expected to play a key role in complementing experiments of nano-materials field.
Research results indicate that the crack and void are the primary micro defects in nano-materials.

If make the difference frequency process of the resonator in different positions, the interference caused by crystal cut style and the material factors can be eliminated, and the force sensitive characteristic of the signal after difference frequency process still exists.
Choosing a proper structure and adding force azimuth, and making resonant frequency difference frequency process first, then superimposed the difference frequency, the integer force sensitive characteristic of the resonator can be obviously improved at the time of eliminating interference caused by crystal material and process technology.
