This paper builds up cutting force model with material property considered on the basis of
Oxley's cutting model, combining with Johnson-Cook's flow stress model at the same time.
When shearing stress chipk of chip parting surface obtained through material model is equal to shearing stress intτ obtained by force balance, shear angle gets maximal value.

Introduction
Oxygen ion conductors of zirconia based ceramics are a class of materials with technological applications in several application areas: sensors of chemical species, oxygen pumps, solid oxide fuel cells among others [1].
