Abstract – In recent years, an innovative Intelligent Guidance System for traffic safety under limited visibility conditions appeared and evolved.
Background In order to improve traffic safety under limited visibility conditions usually caused by fog, many studies and engineering practices have been conducted.
The author [7] put forward an innovative intelligent guidance system to improve traffic safety under limited visibility conditions, which shows good application prospect.
Introduction Of System Intelligent guidance system for fog area traffic safety operation employed illuminant LED guidance lamps on two sides of roadways to provide safety guidance for vehicles.

Once the proposed system is used in operation, the efficiency and the safety of the taxi instructions given by the air traffic controller at aerodrome will improve, and traffic operation at aerodrome will become smoother and more efficient.
Among all the operations at aerodromes mentioned above, taxiing is the most complicated one and can cost the most time, so instructions from air traffic controllers at aerodromes for taxi have great impact on the operation safety at aerodromes.

In view of the above situation, we specially analyze domestic and international urban transportation development strategy and the formation of traffic pattern; explore the rule of urban transportation development strategy; comprehensively compare and analyze the advanced experience of domestic and international transportation development strategy; sum up urban transportation development strategy transition mode, the future developing trend and some macro traffic control strategy.
Studying on the Transition of Urban Transportation Development Strategy 1) Transformation analysis of urban transport development strategy From the process point of view of domestic and international urban transport development strategy, mainly divided into the following transition models [3]
· Single transport system development strategy · Development strategy of integrated transport · Bus priority development strategy · ITS(Intelligent Transport System) · Sustainable development strategy 2) The transition trend of urban transport development strategy in new era (I) Human-orientated Humans are traffic participants, also are the important impact factors of traffic safety.
Blocks and buildings level Concerned about the safety and comfort of the public space, required buildings respect for local history, ecology and climate, and can easy be recognized.
Its main traffic strategies are: · Forster all the traffic people the harmonious traffic awareness

According to the characteristics of the mountains rural roads, traffic conditions and road environment, learned from domestic and international research and engineering experience, following the principles about safety, economy, environmental protection, and easy-maintenance, research for the security facilities suitable for rural road design.
In recent years, it’s always seen rural traffic accidents occured due to scarcity of road traffic safety facilities.
This is of great significance for promoting the harmonious development of rural road traffic by researching mountainous rural roads traffic safety facilities from the form and setting which improves mountainous rural areas on highway traffic safety.

Abstract.
of private car daily, serious shortage of road capacity The increasing private car is one of the most important reasons. the road capacity can not meet the needs of urban transport development .With the rapid increasing of private cars, the tremendous occupancy rate of the road has caused to a serious shortage of urban road capacity, which increases traffic congestion, forming a vicious circle. 4, lack in Legal and traffic safety awareness for public Because of the lack of legal awareness and safety consciousness, also some other important factors such as illegal driving owing to motor vehicles and bicycles, crossing the road illegally and grab the line.
We should also further enhance the safety awareness of the public, give full guidence and warning role in enhancing the citizens's overall quality, improve the cultural quality of public transport through radio, television and other media, propaganda.

In the framework of research project [4] was i.a. also solved problem of intersection with cranked priority in the term of safety and continuousness of road traffic.
Apart from observing Delay times only it is also advantageous to complete further monitoring of given intersection from the terms of safety.
For that purposes the methodology of video analysis of conflict situations can be used, which was described in many technical journals (e.g. [3] or [7]).
