For anisotropic materials, it is described by a 3 x 3 tensor α.
The thermal expansion coefficients are smaller in highly p-doped material compared to low ndoped material at high temperatures. p-type silicon carbide was also found to be harder than n-type material and to have a lower basal plane dislocation density [8].

Cold Bending Properties of Under-Matched Butt Joints for High Strength Steel Jiajie Wang1,2,a, Zhibo Dong1,b, Jingqiang Zhang 1, Jianguo Yang1, Xuesong Liu, Hongyuan Fang1, Tie Gang1 1State Key Laboratory of Advanced Welding and Joining, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150001, China 2School of Materials and Chemical Engineering, Heilongjiang Institute of Technology, Harbin 150050, China awangjiajie2006@126.com, bdongzhb@hit.edu.cn Key words: under-matched butt joints;reinforcement;cold bending properties Abstract: In this paper, cold bending properties of Q620-CF steel butt joints were analyzed based on the finite element method.
Fig.3 The stress nephogram of under-matched joints Fig.4 The strain nephogram of under-matched joints Fig.5 and Fig.6 shows that the distribution of equivalent stress and strain of the flush equal-matched joints basically follows the law of materials mechanics, that is, the weld bottom appears stress concentration and strain concentration, which make the cold bending angle of equal-matched joints much larger more than that of under-matched joints.
At this time the weld metal has not yet cracked, but the base material has already cracked.

In order to reduce the tritium permeation at high temperature, the reducing material should work at relative low temperature and the material should have small hydrogen inventory[5].
It is necessary to find a less expensive material with the similar property.

Crack Mechanism and Anti-cracking Measures of Concrete Structures Crack Mechanism and Anti-cracking Method Thermal characteristics and thermal inertia properties of concrete materials are closely associated with the rapid increase in temperature after pouring.
Given that high-performance concrete and cement materials with high hydration heat were used, the internal temperature in the pier was extremely high.

Introduction Since the formation of textures during the thermomechanical processing of steel sheets gives rise to anisotropic materials properties, control of the crystallographic texture is essential in order to enhance the formability of steel sheets (e.g. [1]).
Experimental procedure As received materials was the hot band of a ferritic stainless steel (FSS 430) with about 17% chromium manufactured by POSCO, Korea.
