The effect of glass powder on strength and microstructure of ultra high performance cement-based materials was investigated in this paper, which aimed to provide an additional option for glass recycling and potentially reduce the high costs of this kind of materials.
As one of relatively new kinds of building materials, ultra high performance cement-based materials and their derivatives have been widely used in many areas including industrial and civil buildings, nuclear waste storage facilities, railway construction and so on nowadays.
These new materials are developed through micro-structural engineering and offer a combination of materials and performance characteristics.
According to the special requirements of ultra high performance cement-based materials, all the specimens would be cured under heated condition.

Hidden flows and indirect flows Hidden flows are the quantity of the materials which “participate in” the economic activity but not be used, they are not into the process of metabolism but they must be invested into .such as the topsoil and overburden during the process of coal mining, this kind of materials are not into the metabolic process ad consumed by metabolic subject, we called them Hidden flow or Eco-Rucksack.

Introduction Natural materials are characterized by low cost compared to other engineering materials [1,2].
Natural materials do not have sufficient properties that distinguish them from industrial materials, so resorting to Combining them with other materials to improve their properties by adding them as fillers or reinforcing materials to form composite materials, especially with polymers [9].

On-line Monitoring of Drill Wear using Air-coupled Audio Microphone When Drilling Composite Materials Eshetu D.
The condition of the cutting tool when drilling composite materials is the controlling factor for the surface integrity of hole produced.
One of these challenges is the high rate of tool wear compared to the machining of other materials.
This high rate of tool wear is a great challenge in the making of a good quality hole when drilling fiber reinforced composite materials.
