In sheet metal forming, the friction between tooling and workpiece is an important factor which affects not only the quality of products but also the service life of tooling.
Factors influencing friction have been investigated in sheet metal forming.
Andrzej[5] investigated the factors influencing friction in sheet metal forming, such as sample orientation, lubricant, velocity of sample displacement, plastic strain and contact pressure.
Azushima[9] extended the research with the analysis of the influence of the die surface properties on the friction coefficient.
The material mechanical properties are shown in table 1.The specimens for the friction tests were prepared as a strip of 500×13mm.

It is therefore insufficient to explain that corrosion fatigue properties are affected by the residual stress as the mean stress simply.
In the low stress range region, corrosion fatigue properties of specimens with weld beads cannot be estimated using the modified Goodman relation; the residual stress did not affect corrosion fatigue mechanically, but also affect it corrosively.

This may affect the mechanical property,
corrosion sensitivity and other service properties.
If these are not controlled, weldment may develop unweldly structural and mechanical properties that may lead to failure.
This leads to poor mechanical property in the welds [11].
All other factors being equal, as carbon content increases so does the difficulty in weldability.

Introduction
The formation of ink film with desired print density on paper substrates is consequentially dependent on the ink absorption and ink receptivity, which is determined by paper surface structure and printing condition.[1, 2] There are many factors affecting the structure and surface properties of the coated paper in the papermaking process, which include coating recipes, coating conditions and calendering, etc.
In fact, coating conditions are the important factors which affect structure and properties of coating layer.
Results and Discussion Surface properties of Coated Paper.
The Results showed that drying methods had the influence on the paper properties.
The findings indicated that coating methods affected the surface properties.

The forming process of the forming metal sheet parts and quality of product are generally affected by the material properties, rough shape, friction and lubrication conditions, the shape of the mold, stamping direction and speed as well as the size of BHF and many other factors.
Generating blank holder and a lower die Orthogonal Experiment Design The orthogonal experiment study on the optimal parameters of drawing cylindrical pieces and the main affecting factors of defects in the process of drawing.
The level of the factors is shown in Table 1.
So where the biggest range is indicate the biggest factor affect the test targets.
Therefore, the sequence of factors affecting the minimum thickness of the workpiece is BHF> punching speed> , that is the greatest impact comes from the BHF, followed by punching speed, the impact of the punch-die clearance is minimum.

Another factor affecting the end product is the polymer processing method and process manufacturing conditions.
The extent to which process parameters can affect the resulting mechanical properties is the subject of many investigations.

However, the poor mechanical property has limited its application.
Some earlier studies showed that PSA with higher ratio of 4,4'-DDS segments performed better mechanical properties[3,4], and the thermal stability of the copolymers had little dependence on the copolymer composition[5].
As a result, increasing the ratios of 4,4'-DDS contents in the copolymer is a practical approach to improve the mechanical properties of PSA.
They were typical pseudoplastic fluid, temperature and shear rate affect a lot in their flowing property.

Abstract.
Geometric Model Rheological state and surface tension of melt body are two important factors of cellular materials formation, surface tension draws the solid to cell-corner.
(4) Summary For the solid which surface tension draws to cell-corner has influence on relative density increment, circle-strut radius and transitional-junction curvature radius are all the primary factors.
