In this article high value materials obtained from waste are reviewed.
Introduction Ceramic and metallic materials are typically obtained from naturally occurring ores and materials such as sand, clay etc.
Waste incinerator fly ash was used as a starting material to make zeolite like materials.
Several of these materials have multiple applications and have properties comparable to materials synthesized using conventional techniques.
