Experimental Materials and Methods The tested material is a rod of non-quenched and tempered steel with diameter of 80mm, belonging to ferrite-pearlite type forging non-quenched and tempered steel, main chemical composition of which is shown in Table 1.
Microstructure analysis of the tested material was performed by employing optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.

Since the enhanced functionality of TiO2 highly depends on the crystallographic phase structure, morphology, particle size, the dopants, and matrices [12,13], much effort has been spent to manipulate materials parameters to produce new features.
Experiment The materials used are as follows: Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), having molecular weights of 13,000 – 23,000 g/mol, and TiO2 powder (99,8%) were from Merck.

Experimental set-up The experiment uses industrial waste from ferroalloy plant, decomposed magnesite powder from mine, used MgO-C powder from refractory plant as the main raw material.

Take electrolytic copper powder and SiC powder as the raw materials, apply powder injection moulding to prepare SiCp/Cu composite, while the test result shows that only Cu and SiC exist in the sintered composite, the SiC particles evenly distribute within the Cu substrate.
