Physical technology can retain natural flavor of raw materials, but it cannot make full use of the flavoring compounds out of raw materials [5].
Materials and methods Materials and reagent Raw material A sample of about 2.1 kg (about 0.8% muscle residuals) of Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis) by-products was produced from 4.5 kg of steamed Chinese mitten crab, length 5.6cm, width 6.3cm, acquired from the local crab products factory in Chongming island (Shanghai, China), in September 2012.

The most frequently adopted grain boundary planes are the same low index planes that dominate the equilibrium crystal shapes or growth forms of the same materials.
For materials with cubic symmetry, it is sufficient to use a sub-domain in which the misorientation parameters range from zero to π/2, 1, and π/2 for φ1, cos(Φ), and φ2 respectively.
The anisotropies in the population in other materials were much larger.
For the ceramics materials, such as MgO, SrTiO3, MgAl2O4, and TiO2, this is expected since the anisotropy of the surface energy is relatively large [6].

Introduction Precious metals alloy materials are the key basic materials for electron, electrics and aerospace industries [1-3], the further research on the phase structures and properties will be beneficial to improve the basic researching system of precious metals alloy materials and provide theoretical support to their applications.

Materials and Methods Over the past 3 years, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (No. 41103026), the large scale geological mapping, geological-section, tectonic and geochemical studies on the carbonate-hosted Pb-Zn deposits in NE Yunnan had been carried out, which were focused on the most representative large-sized deposits, such as the Huize and Maoping Pb-Zn deposits (Fig. 1).
The collected data and detailed field studies on the Huize and Maoping deposits indicate that the concentration and mineralization of lead and zinc in NE Yunnan need several geological conditions. (1) strata and lithological conditions: most of the Pb-Zn deposits are hosted in Paleozoic carbonate rocks, especially in the medium-coarse crystalline dolomite, the carbonate rocks are requisite to Pb-Zn mineralization, and they provide some ore-forming materials [5]; (2) tectonic conditions: the Pb-Zn deposits are controlled by the regional faults, and the ore-bodies are mainly distributed in the interlayer fracture zones of carbonate rocks, which formed by regional thrust fault-fold structures, indicate that the regional tectonic activity is crucial to the migration and deposition of ore-forming materials, the induced fold or compresso- shear structural plane is major ore-contained space; (3) magmatic constraints: the Upper Permian Emeishan basalts are widely distributed at the outer surrounds
