We prepared Lead Telluride (PbTe) thin film by DC magnetron sputtering method.
Low dimensional materials such as thin films are of great interest for construction of high performance thermoelectric devices[3].The improvement of Te properties can be achieved by reduced the dimensionality of materials [4].

Abstract.
During the late 1990's, a large supply of low-cost materials caused a sudden surge in supply of heat-treated rubies, leading to a downward pressure on ruby prices.
Acknowledgments The authors wish to thanks the Center of Excellence in Glass Technology and Materials Science (CEGM) for the bismuth glass.
