Abstract.
Fig. 1 Figure of interoperation model structure Foundation of Interoperation Access-Controlled Model Based on the Trust OBAC Access Controlled Model Yang Yang , from Tsinghua University, has proposed the Object-based Access Control Model (OBAC)[1] to resolve problems such as large-scalued, various and frequently updated information .The control strategies and regulatiions are the core of the OBAC system, and the roles of Access Control List (ACL) and Access Control Entry (ACE) are as following: Fig. 2 OBAC model structure Interoperation Access-controlled Model based on the trust This paper has built the DTM-OBAC (Dynamic Trust Management-Object Based Access Control)[2] based on the OBAC, details are as following: Fig. 3 DTM-OBAC structure The DTM-OBAC model has inserted the trust degree[3] constraint into the access control policy, and regard the entity as part of the access control policy.

Abstract: Taking young and tender bud of Paris polyphylla as explants, this paper studies the influence of different disinfection time, different pretreatment of low temperature, penicillin pretreatment in different time, and different bacteriostat treatment on the contamination rate of the tissue culture of Paris polyphylla.
Yang Liyun and other person have proved that the tissue culture of Rhizoma Paridis Yunnanensis can realize plant regeneration, although the differentiation cycle is longer, the differentiation rate is low, and it is not applicable for production, the test results have certain reference value to the researches of further tissue culture and rapid propagation of Rhizoma Paridis Yunnanensis.
