Abstract:

Due to the analysis and research the of the Traffic Safety Management, faced with the problems of scattered business application systems, fully integrated business data resources and inter-departmental information sharing, and based on the existed OBAC Access Control Model, this study has proposed a dynamic trust-based information systems interoperable access control technology, provided technical support to solve the interoperability of information between inter-departmental access.
