In the three years recently, our professionals have written thirteen textbooks as the role of chief editor and deputy chief editor, and have published four textbooks as the participant.
Through organizing the competition, we build up a fish and water relation that the teaching team help solving the enterprises’ problems and enterprises help fulfilling colleges’ demand.

The buildings’ manufacture needs a lot of steel products, stones, sand, cement, electric, water.
A Japanese study indicates that, in the overall environment pollution, the pollution related to construction industry accounts for 34%, including air pollution, water pollution, solid pollution, light pollution, etc.
For example, the“greening of the White House” has saved more than $1.4 million in its first six years, primarily by improvements made to the lighting, heating, air conditioning, water sprinklers,insulation, and energy and water consumption reduction.
Besides owing to green engineering management involved multidiscipline knowledge, it is quite necessary to organize a multi-professional team which work together during the whole life style of green building.
These professionals collaborate with each other to ensure that the building reach the owners’ requirements and those occupants' green demands.

IoT is professional in communication technology, electronic technology and computer science developed on the basis of multiple disciplines such as a cross subject.

The overall design should be consistent with the characteristic of professional teaching engineering practice.
The IoT professional is mainly focused on project development and application ability, so that the experimental curriculum design is necessary to take into account the independence between these various modules, also reflect the systemic applications of IoT.

Introduction
In recent years, the accidents caused by onshore industry professionals who can not afford the tremendous work pressure frequently occurred, as one of the persons who are responsible for water traffic safety and as a direct participant of the Ships’ Safe Operation, the crews’ physical and mental health are closely connecting with the target of ‘safe, secure and efficient shipping on Clean Seas’[1] .
But with the special working environment, difficult working conditions, professional identity, and the lack of a sense of belonging, the crews’ work pressure is increasing.According to statistics, the factors of fatigue of seafarers on duty and the tremendous work pressure account for a large proportion in water traffic casualties, around 75% [2].
In order to ease crew working pressure, improve shipping efficiency, protect the water traffic safety, comply with the STCW Manila amendments, this paper is to analyze the crews’ existing work pressure source and design a more scientific crew working pressure of real-time monitoring and evaluation system by drawing on the motor vehicle driver's psychological quality comprehensive evaluation method.
