Research on the Real Time Monitor and Evaluation System of the Crews' Work Pressure

Abstract:

Draw on the motor vehicle drivers' psychological quality comprehensive evaluation method, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, to scientific and rational analyze the current crew working pressure source and build a hierarchy strike indicators weight values by MATLAB software. Based on each weight index value, monitoring and evaluation the working pressure of the crewman and the whole crews, the results of the evaluation has a great significance on assessing the wayward seafarers and the Safe Operation of Ships' ability for ship management companies, maritime services sector.
