According to the theories of gas seepage and deformation of coal or rock seams, taking consideration of the heterogeneity property of coal or rock materials in mechanics of materials as well as non-linear permeability characteristic of coal or rock materials in the process of deformation and fracture, SPH algorithm of LS-DYNA software is used to numerically simulate the coal-gas outburst induced by development in coal seams.
The nonlinear nature of the mutation of outburst induced by gradual destruction of the coal or rock materials under the influence of developing operations is revealed, including the evolution of the stress field in the rupture process of the coal or rock material.

So, NaOH or LiOH is focused on in this study as a base materials.
It seems that these materials differ SO2 absorption mechanism.

Nanoporous materials find widespread application in material upgrading by separation (“molecular sieving”) and catalytic conversion.
Thus, also the term “nanoporous” materials has got into common use, as a more general, collective name for materials with pore sizes ranging from a few tenths of nm up to 100 nm [1] (see Fig. 1) Fig. 1: Nanoporous Materials (bottom) are key to petrol refineries and other plants for matter refining (top).
The problems with quantifying the various phenomena of relevance in nanoporous materials are intimately related with the complex structure of such materials.

The anaerobic bacteria in the leachate easily remove volatile fatty acids (VFAs) from the leachate , colonize the surfaces of leachate collection systems materials and form a thick biofilm [2, 16-17, 20, 22-26].
The use of a filter–separator between the gravel and waste material can help reduce the amount and rate of clogging in the underlying gravel drainage material [37].
