The FT-IR characterization verified the structure transformation between linear and crosslinked polymer.
Since the advantages of click chemistry had been rediscovered by Sharpless et.al [11, 12], click chemistry had been employed as an efficient synthesis strategy in the preparation of novel functional benzoxazine [13-17].
Thus, the linear polymer could be transformed into crosslinked structure easily without any extra additives.
These peaks mentioned above indicated the existence of triazole ring and benzoxazine structure in the novel linear polymer.
This phenomenon indicated the complete transformation of oxazine structure.

But there was few research about the combination mode between starch and protein.So,the objective of this paper was to know whether the starch and protein were separated in corn endosperm under different chemical reagents soaking ,and the separating effect was based on measuring the amount of free starch.The paper preliminary discussed structure change between starch and protein in the endosperm of corn under the soak of different reagent, which will offer a mechanism basis for structure and interaction between starch and protein in the endosperm of corn.
With the increase of concentration of alkali the content of free starch were also increased.Because the structure of glutelin was destroyed by NaOH, Starch granules were released.when the NaOH concentration was above 0.5%, the amount of free starch began to decline.
