Pang Yu has presented the principle of non-destructive test of composite materials using the uniplanar capacitive sensor, and the effect of different shield on the detection performance of the sensor was studied but the sensor signal was not researched[5].Also, the uniplanar capacitance sensor was applied to measure the wood permittivity[6].
