Abstract:

The so-called facility location means how to use scientific methods to determine the facility's location, so that the overall business operations and enterprise systems combine to effectively and economically achieve corporate business objectives. This paper introduces the Fuzhou Municipal Bureau of distribution center location tobacco case to be analyzed on the basis of this issue describes the significance of facility location, facility siting factors and principles are analyzed and siting of facilities the methods are summarized proposed general facility siting process steps, facility sitting decisions provide some guidance.
