Controllable low thickness near
mean particle size and sharp edge make it possible to be used on producing certain shape in the
surface engineering field, such as restoring and gradient materials.
Thin gradient materials could be manufactured with depositional laser cladding layer by layer.
This lost material caused by vapour is not symmetrical in cladding layer caused by the ebullition of material.

Effect of Electrophoretic Apatite Coating on Osseointegration

The obtained results allow us to conclude that coating by electrophoresis appears to be an attractive process to coat metallic implants with an osteoconductive material like hydroxyapatite, for small or medium scale production.

Pt as a metal with low impedance and stable chemical properties was selected as the electrode material.
Conclusion In summary, a kind of implantable, flexible, MEMS-based acquisition electrode was fabricated using Parylene as insulation material and Pt wire as microelectrode wire.
