The uniqueness of bamboo is bamboo material non-homogeny, straightness culms not same, sectional shape a cylindrical, cross-section inner usually hollow, light in weight ratio and functionally-graded materials that demonstrates optimally characteristic for the truss elements, which are frequently used in civil construction [2].
Models of bamboo connection were evaluated such shear single connection (SSC) and shear double connection (SDC) Materials and Methods Field sampling.

Survey of research area.Kuming is located in the central of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, which is in southwestern China.
A large number of settlement containing heavy metals harmful gases and dust which produced by vehicle emissions and tire wear are the main source of heavy metals on both sides of roads; Cu, Hg and Pb are mainly exist in automobile exhaust emissions, in addition, Cu also come from automotive metal corrosion, brake line materials, lubricant additives and corrosion, oxidation materials etc.[8], Cu settle to the soil besides roads; vehicle tire containing Zn, those Zn dust generated by tire wear is the major source of Zn element in urban soil[3], those pollutants were retain by atmosphere in long-term and finally gradually penetrate into the soil’s surface. In a word, traffic pollution is another reason of heavy metal pollution in Kunming.
