Abstract.
The main principle of SAW device is the generation of piezoelectric effect by piezoelectric material.
Moreover, the wave propagation of SAW device exist 90% energy on the surface of material, so it is sensitive for surface sensing.
Due to polymer materials exists terribly hydrophilic property, ZnO solution doesn’t easily attach on the substrate.

In recent years, due to the unique advantages of nano-materials, they are widely used in many fields (including the field of tissue engineering, protective clothing, filters, sensors, etc.).
The apparatus is provided with a heating and cooling system, and can not only achieve the solution spinning but may further melt-spinning (polymer, metal, composite materials or other materials).
As it relates to the heating apparatus and materials, particularly polymeric materials may degrade at high temperatures, while the material in the melt state at a relatively large viscosity, poor fluidity, and additional cooling of the fiber collection was prepared by the method to overcome.
Meanwhile it also has other advantages such as environment- friendly, solvent- free treatment process, no high voltage electric field, suitable for a wide range of materials (polymers, metals and inorganic materials, etc.), high production efficiency and preparation for high- performance fibers with specific physical and chemical properties.

The strain in the bulk of material was evaluated using high energy white X-rays from a
synchrotron radiation source of SPring-8 in Japan.
Reimers et al. [3] have reported the measurement of residual stress in materials by diffracted X-ray transmitted through the specimen using high energy white X-rays.

Abstract.The mineral structure and hydration activity changes of the Jiyuan gangue calcined at different temperatures were studied in the paper.
As a coal associated minerals, gangue has potential application value, such as admixture in cement.Short at raw materials in China's cement industry, gangue will become a development trend in cement production.As the mineral structure of gangue is stabile,we must solve the problem of its low activity firstly.
Experiment Materials.The cement used in this paper was P·O52.5 cement made in Jiaozuo Jiangu Cement Factory.
