The premixed water jet shot peening which is a new shot peening technology was proposed in 2004 by Dong Xing, compared with the conventional shot peening process, it has many advantages such as advanced technology, strong adaptability, good strengthening effect, efficiency, energy saving, safety and environmental protection etc [4-7], and it has broad application prospects.
This shows that the predicted results is relatively ideal, it can meet the actual demand of prediction accuracy with shot peening's surface roughness in the engineering.

In order to develop advanced e-learning tools and integrate them within online platforms for higher and postgraduate engineering education, new methodologies should be taken into consideration: project- and problem based learning, virtual laboratory (remote access to laboratory infrastructure and task evaluation) or remote assistance for diploma projects and mobility grants.
Qiu [3] proposed a blended learning environment that implements the face-to-face teaching and e-learning capabilities in Advanced Software Engineering.
This paper does not propose a complex survey of e-learning platforms and their use in engineering education.
Advanced Blended Learning Approaches A laborious research in engineering education enables the authors to identify some important issues regarding the delivery of technical programmes in a blended mode.
