At the same time, the effect of rainfall intensity change on the slope failure mode and safety coefficient was analyzed.
Safety coefficient of carbonaceous mudstone embankment slope gradually decreases with the rainfall continuing, potential sliding surface also have the tendency of extending into the embankment.

Introduction
According to the statistical data of CO2 emissions from different sectors of International Energy Agency, the emissions of transportation sector accounts for 30% of the entire social emissions.
Through improving traffic efficiency to reduce traffic energy consumption and emission is the first aspect.
Three low carbonization ways are summarized on the basis of the reliability and safety of power supply [2]
That will reduce the traffic congestion and traffic accident.

Introduction
Driving time is too long, the driver will be fatigue, driving in the state of fatigue due to the slow reaction of the driver can not be found in the road traffic situation and to take accurate driving control measures, and therefore vulnerable to traffic accidents.
As the study of fatigue driving and dangerous high, driver fatigue detection and warning technology (DFMP) calculation becomes significant, many domestic and foreign scholars have launched a series of studies from all aspects of driver fatigue detection , from the overall points, driver fatigue detection methods are divided into two kinds of subjective and objective analysis methods, because of the subjective test methods with a strong subjective, individual differences, and therefore the field of traffic safety on the subjective detect driver fatigue detection methods method less mainstream approach is objective detection methods, detection methods are currently running a vehicle based detection method based on driver behavior and the detection method based on characteristics of physiological indicators used more objective detection methods.
Fatigue is a gradual process, excitement - sober - slack - fatigue - extreme fatigue, this process takes a long time, and the state of human brain is the most direct response to the state, through the study shows that the brain under various conditions conducted EEG acquisition, after analysis of the EEG signal, which can restore the signal acquisition brain state, in 2008 the Australian health Research Center at the University of Sydney in the IEEE International Conference on application of EEG released the results of fatigue driving detection through after the application of artificial neural network approach to deal with different driver's EEG signal EEG signals of different wavelengths of feature extraction and classification, to detect fatigue conditions.
