Each advanced technology has its applicable conditions and environment, including the local culture, customers and traditions, which must not be applied directly without overall consideration.
In Municipal water supply and drainage pipeline engineering, large diameter pipelines are placed to meet the needs of people's daily life and work, some of which are cancelled because they do not meet the installation requirement Various materials of pipes in the future will be to developed for the diversification, making the same piping material adaptable to a variety of conditions of more extreme environment, facilitating in the laying of the pipeline, and increasing the construction efficiency.
GPS technology has remarkable characteristics of all-weather adaptability, high precision and high efficiency, which is the most advanced positioning technology, acquiring and positioning data correctly, and effectively, The GPS can also be integrated with water supply pipe network GIS, through smart phones, PDA and other handheld terminal devices, providing convenient reference of the terrain and pipeline data. 3) Mobile Internet technology.
With the rapid development of wireless access technology and mobile terminal technology, the information construction in water supply industry can introduce intelligent mobile phone, tablet PC, PDA and other mobile devices and services in pipe inspection, leak detection, engineering completion acceptance business, mobile office.

In areas with highly advanced urbanization like the Pearl River Delta area, rural collective economy is developed.
Deficiencies and challenges in the study 4.Facing the complex dynamic evolution in both urban and rural areas, there are still some practical deficiencies in the study in the current stage: (1) Unsuitable for areas without advanced non-agriculturalization In areas without advanced non-agriculturalization, villages are in the process of the dynamic evolution of urbanization, the non-linear relationships among rural sub-systems and elements are becoming more complicated, and dominant factors affecting systematic behaviors are changing dynamically.
(3) Restricted by technological feasibility with high implementation cost Rural clustering construction calls for a large sum of fund, including fees for demolishing, moving, infrastructure, civil engineering in new residential areas and land compensations, etc., which is undoubtedly a heavy financial burden.

Originated from value engineering, the design concept of whole life cycle is put forward in recent years.
It focuses on adopting advanced and suitable technology in each link of the whole life cycle to ensure that the residence can realize its functions and performances safely, reliably and efficiently in terms of technology and the residence has good energy-saving performance within the whole life cycle.
The Design Processes of Residence with Whole Life Cycle The design of residence with whole life cycle is a systematic design method which endows the residence product have functional adaptability, technical suitability, good environmental coordination, economic reasonableness and cultural with various data of the whole life cycle and the advanced theories of collaborative design [5](Fig. 5).
The residence design based on whole life cycle involves multi-disciplinary cooperation, in the design processes, there are great differences in design goal and ideas of designers, engineers and managers.
Moreover, the designer shall improve the technical solution and combine the engineering contractor, the material supplier, the equipment supplier and the component supplier to determine the specification and type of the product so as to finish the ultimate drawings.

However, it has been shown in literature that microstructures having a matrix of low temperature transformation products with a second phase of retained austenite can achieve higher strengths with reasonable ductility, leading to the property band of so-called third generation advanced high strength steels (3G-AHSS) [1].

Keywords: Solid waste ; Roasting ; Insulating Brick ; Performance analysis
Abstract: The fly ash and coal gangue were used as main raw materials to roast solid insulating brick.Lower than solid clay brick (300 ℃) which belongs to low temperature roasting , roasting time cycle is 24 h ,the ratio of fly ash and coal gangue is 60% :35%. the B7 admixing expanded pearlite compressive strength is 30.25 MPa .
It has important realistic significance on field land protecting , energy saving , change waste to useful material, pollution controlling , improving building materials’ function , increasing house quality , advancing the modernization of house estate .
The temperature from 1100℃ advanced to 900℃; XRD pattern of fly ash has larger diffraction Peak height and peak intensity from 15° to 35°, but in B7 the peak disappear show that :vitreous in fly ash conversion to be Crystalline. When the temperature is up or down, the Vitreous in fly ash has two possible changes.
