This integration not only applies to the material flow from raw material supplier to finished product delivery, but also to the information flow from the market (i.e. the anonymous consumer) back to the supply chain partners.
Reducing the need (in terms of finished products) to align with the customer order and at the same time causing an obsolete stock of raw material would be a serious planning problem.
The gap needs to be analyzed in order to make corrective actions regarding finished good planning as well as the procurement of raw material.
Since the supply is made based on a schedule agreement, coordination between both services is essential in order to avoid any risk of creating a dead or obsolete stock of raw materials.

Preparation and Characterization of Epoxy Resin Composite Modified by Flexible Polyurethane Resin Rong Cheng1,a, Cheng Zhang1,b ,Jing Wang1,c 1School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China a chengr@tsinghua.edu.cn Keywords: epoxy resin, polyurethane flexible resin, cashew shell oil curing agent, fourier infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) Abstract: In this paper, under the effect of MD1041 cashew oil modified phenolic amine curing agent for epoxy resin, it successfully prepared polyurethane flexible resin modified epoxy resin composite materials by using polyurethane modified epoxy resin reinforced flexible resin.
The results show that the flexible resin has a strong effect on the toughness of modified epoxy resin composite materials.
Experimental Materials and Equipment.
The data of mechanical test shown in Table 3 is different components of modified epoxy resin composite materials.
When the content of the flexible resin is 4g, the mass ratio of the composite is 5.9%, modified epoxy resin composite materials presents the best mechanics performance, the hardness of the composite materials that can be obtained is 98.9 N/mm2, the tensile strength is 16.0MPa, the elongation at break is 9.0% and the impact strength is 4.9 kJ/m2.

Decreasing the combustor temperature reduces the NOx and unburned hydrocarbon emissions and also diminishes the need for costly combustor materials and thermal barrier coatings on the combustor liner, enabling a more resource efficient manufacturing.
