For design of such plates or shells with holes, an accurate evaluation of SCF is required because the failure strengths of most materials are strongly sensitive to a hole due to SC.
The actual failure stress is typically much less than the ultimate tensile strength of the same materials without a hole, e.g., strength reduction can reach one half or so for a glass fiber reinforced plastic plate [2].
The mechanical properties of the material are listed in Table 1.

By tackling the difficulties these materials pose, these designs have the potential to enhance machining performance and sustainability[22].
Tool life has been successfully extended by the novel cooling method that uses internal micro-channels in turning tools, especially when machining difficult materials like Inconel 718[25].
Furthermore, even though the developed models show encouraging outcomes, it is possible that they cannot be applied to all machining environments and materials.

Among the materials with polymeric character that are interesting for the formation of nanostructured films, we may highlight several materials, from naturally occurring polymers such as cellulose to conducting polymers such as polyaniline (PANI), which is derived from aniline.

In most cases the quality of the bonding at the interface depends on the local conditions during processing (pressure, rate of plastic deformation, temperature), the thermo mechanical properties of the materials and the presence of oxide layers on the materials.
There is no interface between the different materials and stick conditions are assumed without considering how the bonding process occurs on a global or local scale in time.
For future work, the influence of the velocity of the plate, the geometry of the tool, different types of materials and the force on the cladding material will be researched.
