The different-speed mixer has functions such as material transmission, mixing, kneading, self-cleaning [1], which was widely used in national defense, science and technology, construction, transportation and many other fields, it has a good kneading and mixing effect.
Material properties of high polymer material were showed in Table 1.
This showed that the material gather into a new material after the kneading was completed; and the extrusion deformation between the molecules of the material had weakened.
(3)Compared the results which were got at the condition of selecting different center distance, it is concluded that center distance have great influence to the affection of mixing materials in the flow field.
