I INTRODUCTION
Sinking sandy lands originates from sandy material which has been separated, transported and deposited by wind power, but it has never gone through the completed process of being soil during which the thin humus-accumulative horizons on the soil surface is formed and sandy parent materials are underneath of soil profiles.

Introduction
A basic study was conducted on the strength characteristics of composite materials having long carbon fibers.
It was shown that the stress concentration was not only the control parameter for evaluating fatigue limit of composite materials with a notch [1, 2].
(2) For composite materials with long fibers, it is expected that the fatigue limit of smooth specimens can be predicted from the results of slit specimens

(3) The cementitious materials shouldn’t be less than 380kg/m3 in order to need the durability of the concrete
(7) Before pouring the concrete, the raw materials should be prepared sufficiently.
Therefore, the concrete should have fairly flowability, no segregation and abundant cementitious materials.
At same time, the management of materials on site should be reinforced so that the raw materials of the concrete doesn’t have any sundries.

The sorptivity
The sorptivity[3] S (dimension is M·L-2·T-1/2) is a quantity helping to describe the feature of capillary absorption and it is defined as the rate of water uptake by porous materials when the test samples face a free water surface.
Test samples with different heights capillary absorption Materials and experimental details In this research, 30% cement was replaced by fly ash and the water to binder ratio (W/B) was 0.53.
The absorption ratio c of concrete can be expressed as: (2) Table 1.Mix Proportion and compressive strength of Concrete w/b Cementitious materials Water Aggregate Compressive strength /MPa Cement Fly ash Sand Gravel 7d 28d 0.53 0.7 0.3 0.53 2.0 3.0 29.3 39.5 Test Results The absorbed water mass M was plotted against square root of time t in Fig.3 and Fig.4.
