The transformation of the viscous fluid gossypol resin into a powdered material by modification of the various ingredients of the organic and inorganic origin can bring to the commercial introduction of the products and to expand the field of efficient use in large-tonnage quantities.
Thus, as a result of polycondensation processes in the interaction gossypol resin with saponified solution with the participation of NaOH and of Al2O3 , molecules and oligomers, corresponding gossypol resin, transformed into a solid granular material.
The results showed that during using of developed composite materials in the process of drilling of oil and gas wells, performance and durability of cutting tools - chisels increases 1.5-2 times, as well as their mechanical speed is increased by 10-15%.

The models are established to analyse the structural behaviour of polarization preserving fibre of proposed materials.
Refractive index of the materials influences the properties of photonic crystal fibre.
Polarization beam splitters photonic crystal fiber characteristics of proposed materials are analysed with same structural parameters.
The background materials of proposed structure are As2Se3, TeO2, SiC, SiO2 and Si3N4.
