Research on biological properties of PEEK based composites

Therefore, the biocompatibility evaluation has become an important research aspect, while PEEK using as the biomedical materials.
From this point of view, many modified technologies on PEEK were proposed to improve bioactivity of PEEK based materials.
The excellent biological properties of PEEK based biocomposites have attracted significant attention from many materials and medical researchers.

Secondly, used the simulation of chip formation in high-speed milling of GH706 process, and concluded that the two major theories have achieved dialectical unity when machining for such difficult machining materials.
The workpiece material using grades of nickel superalloy same as test specimens.
Milling workpiece material is nickel-based superalloy, Trademarks GH706, hardness HRC 51.5, length 171mm, width 44mm, height 49mm.Its material properties is shown in table 3.

Introduction
Civil engineering structures in the service period, inevitably to the interference all kinds of bad factors of the external environment, which will cause the structural defects of the material, induce the degradation of their performance.
