This diffraction peaks correspond to the MgO cubic structure and matches the ICDD pattern of MgO (01-087-0651).
In the TEM micrographs, it can be seen that the MgO nanostructures are not just hard rounded crystals but rounded structures engulfed by very thin sheets.
The thin nanosheets of M1 in Fig. 3 (a) have a dense centre corresponding to the round spherical shapes of the structure shown in the SEM micrographs of Fig. 2 (a).

Titanium also modify the glass structure as they functions as an intermediate in the glass structure and reinforces the network which effects on the properties of glass [4].
It is because Ti4+ ions substitute Si4+ in the glass structure which effect on the properties of glasses [5].
The results proves that [Ti4+] substituting local [Si4+] increases the bond strength in the glass structure.
