The data was obtained by using well-structured questionnaires through experienced professionals working as academic research, government official, NGOs and private sector professionals working in the construction industry.
SDG7-Clean energy, SDG6-Clean water and Sanitation, SDG13-Climate actions, [8] Research Methodology A survey was carried out using questionnaires, where respondents were asked various questions about the role of global partnerships in promoting sustainable development, barriers and challenges, and strategic policies.
Findings and Discussions In Table 3, it is evident that there was a total of 19 respondents, from academic researchers, 17 government officials, 31 respondents from NGOs, and 29 respondents from the private sector working as construction industry professionals.

Lack of knowledge on the material from the construction professionals to adopt the new technology into their design is one of the major reasons of its lacking.
Clearer understanding on benefits of DSCC is really important for the construction professionals in providing in-depth idea on DSCC and its benefits to project application.
As the workability of SCC is determined both by the superplasticizer dosage and water-binder ratio, DSCC is remarkably sensitive not only to the water-binder ratio and superplasticizer, but also to fiber types, fiber contents, aggregate properties as well as the SCC matrix, etc. [24, 25].
Superplasticizer is one of the chemical admixtures which enhance the workability of concrete without increasing the water-ratio.
In DSCC, superplasticizer for self compacting concrete is needed as it gives high workability with low water-binder ratio.

Government is strengthening ecological and environmental management, supervision, monitoring information, networking, automation construction, improving the ability of emergency reaction, strengthening orgnaization and team construction, improving level of management, playing the environmental protection departments of the unified supervision and management functions, coordinating the relation between various departments, strengthening professional departments of environmental protecting function, to form a branch to catch condominium together with posture.

Through organizing the competition, we build up a fish and water relation that the teaching team help solving the enterprises’ problems and enterprises help fulfilling colleges’ demand.
In these three years, teachers of logistics management major have attended the professional trainings inside or outside school 40 times (such as major construction, course construction, education technical training, professional skill training, etc).
In these two years, our college held various competitions concerning to teacher skills, such as Teachers' professional Skills Contest, Teachers’ teaching Capacity Assessment, Talking A Major, Talking A Lesson and Teaching Unit Design, to promote professional teachers' comprehensive professional quality and practice teaching ability.
