For comparison, the joints of the support materials themselves and the joints of the resonator materials themselves were also made in a similar manner and sintered at the same temperature for the same period of time.
Both stresses were able to initiate microcracks if they were above the intrinsic strengths of the ceramic materials.
Therefore, accurate measurements of thermal expansion coefficients of the materials involved in order to optimize the composition and the properties of the bonding layer material or application of a graded, multilayered bonding materials is proposed to solve the microcraking problem and constitute a current work in progress in our laboratory.

Application of new materials is one of the principal means of lightweight automobile.
Magnox with high strength and stiffness, good casting performance, collision resistance, damping, shock-absorbing performance, recycling, and other characteristics, is ideal for automotive lightweighting materials.
Analysis comparison is done for the original front sub frame between steel materials and JDM2 magnesium.
The strength analysis was independently made for the front sub frame with steel materials and JDM2 magnesium.

The influence is mainly embodied in the characteristics of material itself.
Research[4] shows that the peak strain of uniaxial compressive stress-strain curve increases, the limit strain decreases and the material brittleness nature becomes more and more obvious with the increase of the concrete strength.

It can be seen that some short side materials of the sheet is flow into the die in the forming process, and it also confirms the coexistence of forming nature of drawing and bulging.
