Introduction
The design of pavement and yard on port was draw on the experience of highway engineering [1].Semi-rigid material was mainly adopted in the base of the pavement and yard on port.
Semi-rigid material was the cement stabilized aggregate, which was made of cement and broken stone.
Aggregate gradation Research on the favorable mechanics performance of coarse aggregates was well advanced, with numerous tests developed to identify materials that are prone to anti-deterioration and are suitable for road construction [5].
The samples were collected from either quarries and were representative of materials being used at the time for single-layer, pavement on port.

Function of the materials belong to this category depend not only their chemical, structural, and thermodynamic characteristic but also their microstructural, grain size, pore size, and pore distribution [2,3].
Grain boundaries have been used to manipulate magnetic behaviour thus showing that it is an useful way for enhancing the low-field sensitivity of these materials.
