The results show that the thermal simulation parameters for acquiring the most similar materials to real CGHAZ are heat input of 35kJ/cm, heating rate of 1000℃/s and holding time at 1320℃ of 1s.
Material and Experimental Procedure The experimental materials were prepared from the V-mod 2.25Cr1Mo forged workpiece which was subjected to quenching and tempering.

Example Design Here, a wheel loader main reducer is selected as research object, whose engine maximum torque is 539 m� ⋅ , driving axle static load is 78400N when fully loaded, main reducer gear ratio is 4.33, transmission slowest gear ratio is 6.2, tire radius is 453mm, main reducer gear material is 20CrMnTi.
