Introduction
Conventional piezoelectric ceramics or single crystals are mostly Pb-based perovskite materials, in which lead oxides take up at least 70wt%[1].
Therefore, it is urgent to develop lead-free piezoelectric materials.
As expected, the best electrical properties of the polarized solid solutions are present in the materials with x=0.01.
