The corrosive and wear properties of TiO2 films and SS substrate were investigated in Hanks' solution. 2 Experimental 316L SS disks with the size of Ф20mm×5mm and hardness of 227±7 HK0.025 were used as substrate materials.
Ti plate prepared by power metallurgy method with purity above 99.5% was used as source cathode material.

Materials and Chemicals The chemicals and materials used in this research are carbon steel (15 cm X 10 cm X 0.2 cm), 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (silane coupling agent), glass fiber in sizes of 45-250 µm, epoxy resin for paint, sodium chloride (NaCl), zinc dust, zinc sulphate, acetone, ethanol solution and curing agent (amine).
