Retrofit using FRP materials for strengthening reinforced concrete member is widely applied, as this method is advantageous in terms of workability and performance guarantee.
According to this, for the method to enhance performance of structural member, FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) materials has been widely applied for retrofit of building.
On the contrary, NSMR is possible to save materials of FRP due to increase of bond capacity and stiffness since it is possible to bond on both sides unlike FRP plate which bonds on one side.

It result from new possibilities for production, designing and adaptation of materials to desired properties and applications based on theoretical knowledge and research capabilities.
Development of new materials and improvement of those currently used, lead to obtaining new high-manganese steels with a unique combination of mechanical properties and belonging to a group of so-called Ultra High Strength Steels – UHSS [1÷3].
Material and methodology The material for the studies was an X60MnAl30-9 high-manganese steel with the following composition: C – 0.6 wt. %, Mn – 29.5 wt. %, Al – 8.99 wt. %, Si – 0.35 wt. %.

Particle precursor material may also be present as emulsified droplets or loosely formed agglomerates that results in a spatially varying concentration of that material, which can lead to a fraction of droplets with contamination concentrations higher than the bulk liquid.
The results show that the A+CPC instrument can detect changes in particle precursor material as low as 10 ppt above background.

Such wastes include a variety of materials such as sawdust, sugarcane bagasse, waste paper and many more.
Energetic materials often have nanometer-scale polycrystallinity, voids and defect and it is widely believed that nanoscale properties and phenomena within these materials play a key role in their macroscopic behavior [4].

Material Parameters.
In the numerical simulation, calculation model adopts the elasticplastic plane stress model, the material properties of rock mass is considered for homogeneous elasticplastic material, using Drucker-Prage yield criterion, I.E when the material enters the plastic state, its stress-strain relationship is calculated by the incremental method of plasticity theory.

The validity of its life assessment was reported for many kinds of materials [3,4].
When the Ω of materials is known, the creep life of them can be assessed accurately.
However, the Ω is usually unknown for materials which have no long-term creep data.
