Magnetic materials include isotropic and anisotropic materials.
After being magnetized, the magnetic properties of the anisotropic materials are better and the remanence on the surface of the magnet is more than the isotropic materials.
Thus, the anisotropic materials are more applicable to the parallel magnetizing of the bipolar magnet steel in this design so as to increase the air-gap length of the tracking position sensor, while the isotropic materials are more applicable to the radial charge magnetism of multipolar magnet steel.
The ring or cylindrical magnet steel of anisotropic materials need to be magnetized in the parallel magnetic field, where the direction of the parallel magnetic field should be consistent with the magnetic orientation direction of the magnet steel, as Fig.2 shows.

Thermal stress cleavage using laser is one of the methods for processing hard and brittle materials.
Recent researches has focused on improving the processing characteristics of hard and brittle materials.
Some other researches of thermal stress cleavage of the hard and brittle materials have been carried out [6-9].
It is also reported that thermal stress cleavage is effective for sapphire which is one of hard and brittle materials [10,11].

The capacitance resulting from the latter mechanism is often called a pseudo-capacitance and ruthenium oxide (RuO2) is one of the best examples of a pseudocapacitive material.
The amorphous hydrated manganese dioxide (MnO2) is also a good material for a pseudocapacitor with a high capacitance (200 F/g) [7-9].
Unfortunately, most metal oxide electrode materials are not stable in strong acids and can only be used in neutral solutions.

Aiming at the phenomenon of that the domestic gear materials and processing technology also have large gap with foreign, many scholars tried to change the structure form to make up for the inadequacy of gear materials and processing technology [3].
By directly setting the design parameters of input size, transmission ratio and gear materials in 3D software, then output standard gear units in software.
