Introduction
The level of nanoscale materials are often referred to as nanomaterials.
Their properties are very novel different from the conventional materials.
Note that in the nano-materials, there are lots of structures similar to one-dimensional quantum chain, despite the complicated shapes of nano-materials.
On the other hand, we know that the surface energies of the nano-materials are different from those of the bulk materials.

Pure molybdenum, Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) and corundum (Al2O3) powders were used as coating materials.
Thanks to the possibility of selective supplying of focused energy beam (whose density can be even 107 W/cm2) in a form of monochromatic laser radiation, it is possible to precisely and quickly perform the surface heat treatment operations improving corrosion resistance, mechanical properties and abrasion resistance of various materials.
Materials and Experimental Pure Niobium (99,95%) substrates in the form of disc with diameter 50mm and thickness of 3mm were cleaned and coated using laser cladding method.

Presentation of Used Material and Test Specimen Prescribed chemical composition for the steel 14CrMo 4-5 is shown in (Table 1) and in (Table 2) the usual mechanical characteristics are presented [6] Table 1.
For this purpose, it is necessary to have practical values for some physical constants for steel taken as reference material.
