The as-prepared particles were inspected by JSM-6360LV scanning electron microscopy (SEM, Japan), crystal structure was determined by D/max 2400 X-ray diffraction (XRD, Japan Science) with pipe pressure 40KV and scan angle range of 15º~80º. 3.
Moreover, the interaction between SDBS and PVP molecular chain would generate bound-micelles [14], which were more stable than micelles in solution formed by SDBS alone, and these bound-micelles might induct the structure trend of the particles to determine the final particle morphology because of their specific spatial structures.
The soft clusters structures associated by different SDBS concentrations and PVP macromolecules had slight differences, and C1 and C2 were bound concentration to form the surfactant bound-micelles.

The small angle XRD studies confirmed a long range ordered structure in the Cu-Ni/MCM-41 catalysts.
The sharp gradient of this step is attributed to the narrow pore size distribution in the mesoporous structure.
However, at 15 wt% metal loading, a small shoulder peak could be observed, implying that some degree of ordered structure was still present at that high metal loading.

The analysis of the melted marks 3.1 The analysis of the copper lines The typical structure of the melted marks could be seen in figure2,there were three layers in the metallographic photo, which were marked area 1, 2, 3 respectively.
The equiax crystals were seen in area 1, which were similar to the matrix structure of the copper conductor except the slightly grown crystalline grains those were resulted by the transference of high temperature of the fault arcing.
As a result, it showed that the multi-layer structure of the melted marks on copper conductors could be formed, which included the heat-affected layer, the former solidified layer and the ended solidified layer.

Based on the analysis of the local atomic structure, the liquid-structure contribution to the solid solution in Au50Cu50 alloy has been uncovered.
The structure of the alloy melt is found to be relative stable.
Meanwhile the local structure around Cu atoms rearranges.
