Microencapsulated phase change materials(micro-PCMs) is the complexity phase change materials with core-shell structure which is consisting of change materials as the core material, organic and inorganic polymers, high polymer and metal materials as the shell material[3-5].
It shows that Nano-Micro-PCMs is 7 to 8 times bactericidal effect than nano-TiO2 materials.
Preparation and characterization of double-MF shell microPCMs used in building materials[J].
Analytical modeling of a diver dry suit enhanced with microencapsulated phase change materials[J].

Introduction Rock materials are widely used in civil and architectural engineering.
Rock is an inhomogeneous material in nature because it consists of many individual materials and components, including minerals, grains, cement materials, voids and cracks, et al.
Thus, studying the internal actual microstructures of rock materials is very important[3].
Yue et al.[5] processed grayscale images by some digital image processing techniques to detect microstructures of rock materials.

Then it can meet the basic requirements of mixing materials ratio in the highway construction standards.
Considering about the price, we can set the price of each kind of materials is Pi and the percentage of this material is Ki, taking as example, .
In general, the type of highway construction concrete materials is about 4-6, which is up to 8 types.
And materials for the construction of different highway are not same.
