A large variety of designs are available for surgery application with invasive implantation by using several metallic materials, [1].
For this reason, the ideal osteosynthesis system should be made of resorbable materials, biodegradable after rib consolidation.
Main attention is addressed to materials that can give solutions with novel features in surgery application and clinical benefits.

Porous metallurgy materials is a new kind of materials developed within the last ten years, it has the properties of structural materials and functional materials.
The paper analyses the mechanical properties of oily porous materials joint from a theoretical point.
As the assumptions, the joint interface of porous and non-porous materials becomes simplified.
The porous is iron-base powder metallurgy materials; Trademark is 4001, which is produced in Quebec, Canada.
Mathematical Model for Elastic Contact of the Function Friction Materials.

Recently, organic-inorganic
hybrid silica materials are being proposed as promising candidates for low-k materials [6-9].
Organic-inorganic hybrid silica materials are known as low-k materials with pores through steric hindrance due to rich alkyl groups, and the dielectric constant of the films also increases through low ionic polarization.
Results and discussion Figure 1 shows the FTIR spectra of as-deposited organic-inorganic hybrid silica materials.
