It is consisted of contact potential between two different materials, thermal electromotive force in the friction process between two different materials, potential difference created by charge change in the contact and abruption process of friction pair and potential difference created by material transfer in the friction process.
Influence on frictional coefficient and self-generated voltage by metal grain lies on grain property and conglutination property of friction pair materials[1,2].
Potential difference is created after the contact of two different materials.
Thermal electromotive force is created in the process of friction of two materials.

Namely, the number of the deviation electrons in TiB2 is more than that in ZrB2.The maximum error of crystal bond energy calculated by the three models is 38KJ/mol and the relative error is less than 2%.The general trend of the crystal bond energy calculated by the three models is monotonically increased similar to the trend of melting point of these materials.
Introduction ZrB2 and TiB2 ceramics have the properties of high rigidity, high melting point, excellent electric conduction and heat conduction, so they are widely used [1] in sintered-carbide, metal ceramics, composite materials and ultra high temperature ceramics.
The change trend of CCE from three models increases monotonously in agreement with that of the calculated melting points of these materials, and this conforms to objective law.

So it shows a strong nonlinear effect during the materials processing, which is more suitable for the high-precision microstructure fabricated [1-4].
In this paper, the interaction course and thermal-mechanical effect of laser processing materials between the matrerial and solution were analyzed.
After material was melted by the laser irradiating, high-temperature and high-pressure plasma also produce a recoil pressure on material in the expansion process.
