This technology has a great prospect in the field of materials processing.
Retained austenite in high speed steel cutting tool materials could be transformed into martensite in the magnetic field, which could improve the toughness of the cutting tool materials [16].

The Content of Clothing Materials
Clothing materials include apparel fabrics and accessories.
In the study of clothing materials, often raw materials, shape, or use to classify and to seek the characteristics of clothing materials, the use of channels and the shape of their clothing, composition, taking the impact of performance and wear effects, in order to design and to create a good and satisfactory clothing.
For Clothing Materials Are Constantly Developing New Varieties, To Suit the Clothing Fashion Clothing materials are constantly developing new varieties to meet the needs of the fashion popular.
Therefore, designers began to divert attention to the clothing material change and innovation, through the recreation of materials to show the personality of the clothing; the materials become the theme of the development of clothing.

Consequently, the existing materials with low overall properties cannot be applied in engineering.
In this paper, based on the requirements for rubber materials to be used in isolators, and on the standards on rubber isolators for ships, a performance index was proposed for MR elastomer materials to be used in isolators (Table 1).
