In this paper, fatigue life and staircase experiments evaluating fatigue strength with pre-corroded specimens in room and humid environment were conducted to investigate the corrosion influence of humid environment on fatigue life, strength and its dispersion of 7XXX aluminum alloy—a kind of aeronautical metal structural material.
S funnel-shaped specimen (GJB1997-94)is made of raw material bar (<22mm) to be suit for the test under corrosive environment, which can be found in Fig.1.The chemical composition and mechanical properties are shown in tables 1 and 2,respectively.

Abstract
In this paper, the effects of Cr content and impact load on the microstructure and properties of High Manganese Steel (HMS) were investigated.
Due to its properties, HMS is accepted as a very popular engineering material.
This steel used chiefly in equipment for handling and processing earthen materials as rock crushers, grinding mills, power-shovel buckets, cane teeth and pumps for handling and in a multitude of classed applications. [1] There are a lot of researches about the effect of elements alloying on microstructures and mechanical properties of Austenitic High Manganese steel.
