Finally, Colegrove and Shercliff used a CFD commercial software for a 2D and 3D numerical investigation on the influence of pin geometry during FSW [10], comparing different pin shapes in terms of material flow and welding forces based on both a stick and a slip boundary condition at the tool-workpiece interface.
As far as numerical simulation of Aluminum-Magnesium mixed joints is regarded, no paper is known by the author in literature.
In order to take into account the two materials in the same simulation object, a dual phase material was defined.
A “phase transformation” was then induced in half sheet only before the beginning of the simulation of the FSW process.
After this first stage, the fictitious phase transformation was disabled in order to permanently have the two materials in the same simulation object.

Besides, with the rapid development of modem computer technology, the computers’ speed of calculation improved and calculate capacity expanded, the computers’ simulation technology have been developed and applicated.
The investment of computer numerical simulation method is small, the circle is short, and it can conveniently solve the related problems of buildings’ wind environments. As the CFD theory’s improvement and the computer technology’s development, the numerical simulation method has been paid more and more attention in the research field of buildings’ wind environments. It also has been used to simulation analysis the buildings’ wind environments [10] (Figure 3 and Figure 4 are the example analysis by the author).Compared with the traditional physical simulation experimens, the advanced computer simulation technology is more convenient, and it can provides guidance suggestions more accurate and efficient. In the beginning of designing, analysis the wind environment surrounding and timely optimize the design scheme, that will efficiently improve the inside and outside living space environment, provides more scientific and reasonable suggestions for designing, creates more comfortable living environment
Figure 3 ,Figure 4 The buildings’ wind environment’s numerical simulation of Tongji new estate,Shanghai Healthy mental environment According to the analysis of the environment-behavior studies, nowadays, people’s living requirements have gradually developed to the direction of spirit field, include the psychological, cultural and some other aspects.Residents wish them not only own a house for living, but also need a place for communicating cultures and emotions. This is an urgent need for the back of traditional living ideas, namely fulfill people’s spiritual requirements of neighborhood association.Long time working pressure make our lives lack of too much social communication, spiritual communication.Humans are not living alone biological. If living alone for a long time, humans will begin to look for the real demand that deep in their hearts.

This present CFD package applies the finite volume method to covert the governing partial differential equations into a system of discrete algebraic equations by discretizing the computational domain into grid mesh.
Results and Discussion Flow patterns and isotherm profiles The numerical simulations of shear-thinning fluid flow under the effect of thermal buoyancy strength have been carried out for Ri = 0 to 1, n = 0.3 to 0.9 at fixed values of Re = 40, Pr = 1 and blockage ratio β = 1/4.
Summary The numerical simulations of Non-Newtonian shear-thinning fluids around a confined square cylinder under the effect of superimposed thermal buoyancy are carried out to understand and to determine the combined effect of buoyancy strength and rheological behavior on fluid flow and heat transfer characteristics in the range of these conditions: Ri = 0 to 1, n = 0.3 to 0.9 at fixed values of Re = 40, Pr = 1 and β = 1/4.

Abstract. 2D simulations of incompressible fluid in plan channel of waved bottom wall is carried out in this paper to understand and to determine correctly the effects of the Reynolds, Prandtl and Richardson numbers on the fluid flow and heat transfer of waved channel wall.
Benchabi and Lanani [4] presented a work consists of a numerical simulations of turbulent incompressible flow of Newtonian fluid with forced convection heat transfer inside of corrugated channel using computer code.
Also, Laidoudi et al. [8] analyzed through numerical simulations the incompressible flow of Newtonian fluid inside a plan channel where there is the tandem of three circular cylinders.
This present CFD package applies the finite volume method to covert the governing partial differential equations into a system of discrete algebraic equations by discretizing the computational domain into grid mesh.
