In fact, it was found that electroosmotic treatment can be up to 104 times faster than the conventional hydraulic treatment method and is particularly relevant to materials such as slurries and sludges [1].

So far, found methane biosynthetic process mainly have three kinds of ways: the first kind of way is acetic acid as the raw materials of methane biosynthesis; The second is H and CO2 as the raw material of methane biosynthesis; The third is methyl compound as the raw material of methane biosynthesis, the relatively common methyl compound is methanol [1].

The key point in this research is to study the thermal induced deformation and the major factors are temperature difference and material properties which are not affected by above errors, thus, we can say that the simulated temperature distribution is acceptable and could be used as boundary conditions for further structure simulation.
