Additionally, as far as the development of knowledge and competence of pre-service and in service teachers of special education are concerned, current E-Learning platforms provide only knowledge and teaching materials related to formal teaching knowledge, but not sufficient practical knowledge required for solving students’ learning problems [8].
Additionally, intelligent E-Learning systems, unlike traditional forms of learning, enable personalized learning materials, learning environment, and evaluation methods suitable for a student’s current knowledge level and needs.
