In production process of roller kiln, materials sintering of burning zone is the key working procedure which affects product quality directly.
Flame image feature sequence is composed of six characteristic quantities which are flame color Rf , materials color Rm, mean gray Gar, materials height Mh, flash frequency Fs, and shadow area Sa respectively.
Temperature sensor is a kind of sensor of heat to electricity conversion by use of thermal characteristics of materials.

Introduction
Epoxy has good mechanical properties, chemical resistance, high bond strength, and low shrinkage, so epoxy is widely used in many applications, including adhesives, coating and matrix of advanced composites materials [1].
However, epoxy is brittle in nature, so it is not suitable for structures subjected to dynamic and fatigue loadings, which need high toughness materials.
